A Case Report of Hand-Schuller -Christian¢¥s Disease

Abstract
The Hand-Schuller-Christian disease consists in the triad of defects in meniranous bones, exophthalmos and diabetes insipidus. The case was a 13 -years and 8 months old Korean girl who was admitted to Pusan National University Hospital on 18tb of December, 1-958 with complaints of polyuria and polydipsia.
The X-ray pictures revealed the shadows of the bony defects in membranous bones (skull, ribs, pelvis ete.).
No exophthalcnas was found. The biopsy findings from skull revealed the hyperplasia of the reticulum tissue in the bony parenchyma which includes groups of foam calls perivascularly and eosinophils.
